Bump on roof of mouth since 3 weeks
I've had a painless bump on the roof of my mouth for the last 3 weeks. I used dologel a few times, but it has not helped. Previously bumps like this have resolved on there own or after one dose of bicasule capsule, but this has not. I have been on vitamin B12 injections (renerve) for month, been taking vitamin D satchet, and have also started vitamin E since Saturday. Attached are photos, kindly advise as i am starting to worry. The bump is painless and like a small swelling on the roof of my mouth. It has not increased in size, but has also not decreased. Thank you.

Small elevation(bump) and depression are normal in front part of roof of mouth. But if u feel that it is bigger than surrounding area and it's present for more than 3 weeks, it will require clinical check up.I don't think it is related to vitamin deficiency.Could be  because you hurt that part while eating. A check up will solve the doubt. But doesn't look like anything to worry.
Next Steps
check up by dentist

Considering no history of tobacco usage. Its a no need to worry condition.  It looks harmless may be a bulge of the gland there which might occur because of too much of acidic food or spicy food intake will resolve once that irritation is gone. Wait for 2 more weeks if not resolved visit a dentist.
