Sir i have this sore on roof of mouth
Respected dentists,
I am feeling alot of stress and anxiety because of this .I have this pimple like projection on roof of the mouth .It is not going from one week.it is causing alot of discomfort but there is no pain.previously I pressed it 2 days ago now it again came back.i couldn't understand what it is .I am worried alot .can you please say.I kindly request you . Attaching the pic .. please check it and help me
