It can be either chemical or thermal burn.based on history, treatment can be given. Swishing with corticosteroids and topical  or systemic use may be helpful. You can consult through this for prescription of medication and instructions .

Hii... You have to elaborate your symptoms regarding this lesion. & Picture is not much clear. But I can assume that it might be an apthous ulcer, that can be caused due to sharp food impingement, hot & spicy food. You have to apply local anaesthetic gel for relief. & Get the dental checkup done.
