I have something like a bruise on the inner wall of my mouth since yesterday. It doesnt pain but i am just concerned if it is a symptom to something chronic. I smoke 4-5 cigs a day.

If it is present since short duration probably some minor trauma but if you observed recently but present since long can be in relation to your habit. Consult oral medicine specialist one who has expertise in such mouth problems.
Hi there , did you have a tooth brush trauma ? Or a cheek bite ?
Just keep a check on it for 2 weeks and if there are any changes consult a near by dentist.
In the mean time have multivitamins for the next two weeks
