Use chlorhexidine mouth wash maximum Twice a week. And after 15-20 minutes of gap followed by use of mouthwash, brush your teeth with toothpaste to avoid getting the teeth stained.

Long term use of chlorhexidine mouthwash can cause some brown discolouration of teeth .It's been 2 months since scaling as your have mentioned. So stopping use of the metrogel and mouthwash will help. Also frequent tea, coffee or smoking also cause stains on teeth.
Dear practo user
Don't panic.
These are due to excess use of chlorhexidine mouthwash.
Stop using that.

Do you smoke or take any medication from a very long time which might be the cause of stains..
No need to panic about it ,scaling is a procedure which u need to get it done 6-8 months for maintaining oral hygiene, some patients tend to get stains very quickly for that you can go for rescaling as this procedure needs to be repeated on regular intervals
it can be caused by the use of chlorhexidine mouthwash frequently, i would suggest you to stop using it in excess amount or try to dilute it in ratio of 5ml in half glass of water. and the other reason can also be the water you may be using at home as due to excess iron ore content in water may also cause the teeth to get discoloration.
Next Steps
Use Clohex ADS mouthwash as it may help in controlling of the staining on the teeth surface
