Brown discharge suggests old collected bleeding is being thrown out of uterus. Nothing to worry. Fresh red bleeding is worrisome. If bleeding is fresh red with pain the. You need to get admitted under your treating doctor.

There can be small amount of internal bleed which is not visible on ultrasound. U should continue taking progesterone if advised by doctor or consult an obstetrician of no such advice given. Also avoid heavy weight lifting, avoid sexual intercourse, avoid climbing stairs frequently and avoid any strenuous activity.
