Broken molar tooth
My upper right 6 and 7 molar tooth has been broken. I want to know can it be treatable by rct and crowns. What will be the treatment suggest. Earlier there was a hole between teeth. By the time it has been increased and then broken. Can rct get done. Does it need to be extracted or rct is possible. Pls suggest the treatment. I am sending one present photo and x ray image. Pls help me to find the treatment.

In my opion a root canal may be possibel for tooth no. 6 amd 7.Incase the further loss of structure your clinician will be the best judge whether to go for a post or extract the tooth completely.Tooth no. 8 shall probably go for an extraction.

In my opinion tooth can be saved by doing rct followed by post and cap placement but the longevity of the tooth will be questionable,it may or may not be successful,I would advice you to go for removal of 7 and also there is cavity in 6 so get the filling or rct done for 6 ,about 8 ..you go for removal in case of pain or cavity

Yes Surely RCT can be done and later a crown(cap) has to be given, prior the day of RCT u have to start Antibiotic course along with painkillers.
