IT NEEDS TO BE EXAMINED RADIOGRAPHICALLY ,If roots are healthy than it can be saved with Rct,Post and core if required and finally a esthetic crown.fir front tooth.

Get is examined , if roots are fine then dentist will do RCT and build up the tooth with composite build up material and crown .
