How serious is it, can I live without surgery and what can u expect.
I have lower back pain and when bending it gets painful and I can't bend as much as I usually could

Go for Physiotherapy. If you don't have neurological signs like weakness of leg muscles, loss of sensation, and problems in controlling bowel or bladder. Don't go for surgery. You can easily live without surgery.
