Breathlessness with dizziness
Sometimes I feel breathlessness (i feel to take deep breaths but it doesn't help) and dizziness for hours even though my spo2 level is 98 all the time , I went to cardiologist but after donging EKG echocardiogram and tmt I was told that everything is normal what could be the reason, I am also facing gas problem.

Could be spasmodic pain... Coexisting gas problem suggests the same... Heart issue is unlikely. But I would still like to see the above mentioned reports.
