Breathlessness
Hi, I have been having Asthma for many years now and from the past few days I am getting breathless even if I bend down to pick up some fallen thing, or even while wearing my socks. This is causing very uneasy and had to use an inhaler multiple times for the same to get some relief. Please suggest what could be causing this and what can be done to prevent this. Thanks!
