Worsening asthma
Hello doctor ...I have asthma from 15 years but from past 8 years complete remission...suddenly my asthma is worsening and not improving...I have to use pump twice a day and still have dyspnea...I always have blocked nose with no cold..my X-ray and cbc are normal but not understanding what's causing my dyspnea..can I have a possibility of having vasculitis like Churg Strauss or wegeners ...what test should I get to confirm what's happening other than that I have no fever ,weighloss or loss of appetite..please help doctor
