Breathing problem
Whenever I used to climb stairs iam feeling shallow breathing for seconds I'm experiencing this recently past few months .what could be the reason

Looks like anemia ,check CBC,Vitamin B12.. any symptoms of worm infestation ? history of menorrhagia ?any cardiac issues ?

Breathlessness as you saying have multiple causes ,needs to be evaluated and detail history required ,kindly consult physician online or in person as soon as possible,symptomatic treatment is not enough,as root cause need to be evaluated properly with examination and investigation.

According to your sign and symptom you are suffering from breathlessness during climbing etc . You should do some test as PFT ,CBC ESR CRP and Vitamin B12 and D

As you young mostly due Anemia Check Hb once Did you have any cough ,fever , cardiac problems ? Did have any history of blood loss?

CBC , ECG and Chest xray if Hb low check iron profile, vitamin B12  level and peripheral smear
