I was 45 kgs for good 10 12 years and after marriage I immediately gained weight and now Iam 55 kgs my height is 5'2 inch and Iam gaining weight only in my lower parts of body ( tummy , hips ) I can't breathe, have knee pain , stomach pain Coz of weight
