When I'm thinking too much or concentrate on breathing having trouble to breath getting depressed bcoz of this and couldn't come out of the prblm pls advice here

Many people experience shortness of breath when they feel anxious. Shortness of breath is a common symptom of anxiety. But ultimately it is harmless. It will go away when anxiety lifts. Thinking about way you are breathing can trigger hyperventilation. Trying to control breathing can cause you to overcompensate and take in too much air. This further increases anxiety.

Our mind is part of our body, it is not a different entity. So when we become anxious our body responds to it in some specific way such as increased breathing rate. So as you become anxious your breathing rate increase and vice versa. So to conclude you need a clinical help for management of anxiety.
