Hi
Consult a doctor about breathing difficulty. You feel anxious when you keep thinking about breathing difficulty. Consult a psychologist to manage anxiety. To feel better consult a doctor and a psychologist.
Breathing difficulty is one of the symptom of anxiety. Need to know more about your anxiety thoughts. Few questions...
1. Any previous dramatic experience?
2. What are the thoughts behind your anxiety?
3. Do you facing any difficulty in your daily activities?
You can consult with a Psychologist to discuss about your problems. If you get a proper treatment you can gradually recover from this problem. Don't worry. Be relax. Pls do some breathing exercises and meditation.
