Thank you for sharing your concern. Breathlessness, frequent yawning and a feeling of forced breathing can sometimes be associated with anxiety, particularly when symptoms appear during stress. However, it is important not to assume that anxiety is the only cause. Since these symptoms have occurred repeatedly and are also occurring in your younger sister, I would suggest: * Get a medical evaluation to rule out respiratory, cardiac, anaemia, thyroid or other physical causes. * Keep a note of when the symptoms occur, especially around stress, sleep, food or caffeine. * If medical causes are ruled out, consider counselling/psychological support to understand the anxiety–breathing cycle. * During an episode, try slow, comfortable breathing rather than repeatedly taking deep or forced breaths. * Reduce excessive checking of your breathing, as this can sometimes increase the sensation. Think of your breathlessness as a false fire alarm. Stress and sugar are just "steam," but your nervous system is screaming "FIRE!" and forcing your breath to overreact. The empowering news is that this is completely rewirable—you aren't broken, just stuck in overdrive. Don't let this keep running your life (or your sister's); please consult with me today so we can finally turn off that false alarm and teach your body to relax again.

I understand what you’resaying. Jo symptoms aapko 8 months pehle hue the breathlessness, baar baar yawning aur breathing ko force karna ye anxiety aur stress ki wajah se bhi ho sakte hain. Aur jab hum breathing ko baar baar notice ya control karne lagte hain, toh woh sensation aur zyada feel hone lagti hai. 4 days me relief milna achi baat thi, but sirf is basis pe ye conclude nahi kar sakte ki medical issue bilkul nahi tha. Doctor ne bhi anxiety batayi hai, so ab baar baar symptoms ko check karna ya unka reason figure out karna avoid karo. Aur sister ko bhi similar symptoms ho rahe hain toh iska matlab ye nahi ki usko aapse kuch hua hai. Kabhi kabhi stress, environment ya kisi ko symptoms hote hue dekhne se hum apni body sensations ko bhi zyada notice karne lagte hain. Abhi jab forced breathing ka urge aaye, usko correct ya control karne ki koshish mat karo. Breathing ko naturally hone do and apna attention kisi aur activity pe shift karo. Dheere dheere brain ko samajh aayega ki is sensation ko control karna zaroori nahi hai. Agar symptoms baar baar ya zyada intensity me ho rahe hain, toh physician se ek baar check karwa lena better rahega. This could well be anxiety but get a basic check-up first to rule out anything physical. If tests come back clear working with a psychologist on the anxiety-breathing cycle can help

Oh, Practise breathing exercises everyday 4444 , and do yogas, if it is only a manageable illness, you have to work on keeping yourself calm, I am sorry your sister is also going through same illness. Diet, exercise and sleep has to be looked into. Consult with a clinical psychologist and counselling Psychologist. Take care of health.
