Hi... You can consult a Psychologist or a Psychiatrist. Your may be suffering from a disorder (GAD) or it may be a purely cognitive one caused by psychosocial factors like job, relationships, family, financial, etc. Typically a combination of medication and psychotherapy works well in case of anxiety disorders. Whereas, psychotherapy/counselling alone works well in case of Anxiety caused by psychosocial factors.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist. CBT along with Lifestyle Changes and Interpersonal Guidance & Counselling is required.
