Breast pain during periods
I have breastpain during and few days before periods
I feel some lump also in my left breast too.
I am 23 years old is it common or concerning ?

During periods breast pain is common, if it bothers you you can take a tablet of Brufen 400 MG if and when needed, if the breast lumps persist or get larger do consult.

For the lump in the breast do self examination whether the lump is moving or not
You need mammography to rule out whether the lump is benign or malignant
Pain in the breast during periods is common it's part of dysmenorrhoea. After periods pain will come down
