Hello doctor, I am breastfeeding my 4 months old baby and along with it I have started gymming as well. I have cut off all the
sugar intake and junk food. In breakfast, I am having two chapatis, one glass of milk, any veggie and salad. Again in lunch I am having two chapatis, masoor dal, veggie and salad. Evening time I am having a bowl of of fruit mostly watermelon. Dinner is almost same as breakfast.
From last 2 days I am feeling my milk supply has got less Please guide me where I am lacking on my diet.
