Breast feeding for mother
My baby age is 5 months As of now feeding is enough for baby Last 2 weeks onwards milk decreases from breast feeding Do want take any tablets for improving milk for baby Please suggest on this

Any kind of stress reduces the breast milk supply . Therefore, sleep well 8 hrs a day , drink a lot of fluids up to two liters . Milk , fruit juice , water, coconut water , coconut milk etc Fenugreek tea helps. 2-3 times a day .
