1. IHC for ER PR Her2 on the same Biopsy sample
2. CT chest and abdomen and Tc99m Bone scan or a Whole Body FDG PET CT for metastatic workup to find out the extent of disease
3. Based on the stage she may they be planned for Surgery upfront or Chemotherapy followed by Surgery and Radiation etc
Cost for IHC about 5000
Cost for pet scan about 25000
Treatment cost will depend on the reports and stage of cancer and the treatment given
