I got my braces 2 weeks ago and I'm scared of eating anything moderately solid like sandwiches, medu wada, etc. Which braces friendly indian food can I eat during the duration of my treatment? Will I have to eat only very soft food until my braces come off? I also don't have much option when eating out. I have become very cautious of eating and have started feeling weak too, I feel hungry all the time.

Hello , during your orthodontics treatment you need to take healthy as well as protein rich food. you don't have to be scared of eating homemade food like
Cooked vegetables
Pancakes
Scrambled eggs
Yogurt
Smoothies
Mashed potatoes etc
Anything that requires litte chewing is a good pick.
Food to avoid is specially junk food and sticky food
Chips
Chocolate
Pizzas
Burgers
Nuts
Popcorns
Don't directly bit on Apple or any very hard food.
Next Steps
You need to keep in mind that you try to make small bits of ur food portion and then start chewing.
