Hi Doctor, I am a 24 yrs old female. Does teeth removal while applying braces makes the teeth/gums week? Please guide.

Teeth removal will not weaken the gums during ortho treatment.However the teeth should be kept meticulously clean during treatment

Hello. Tooth removal for the any purpose will not make your gums weak. Orthodontic treatment will also close gaps created by the tooth removal with the existing teeth.
