There is no age restriction for braces treatment...you can proceed with orthodontic treatment...The cost of the orthodontic treatment varies with the type of braces used..
If it is a metal braces the cost will be Rs.25,000
If it is a tooth coloured ceramic the cost will be Rs.35,000
Black spot on your teeth may be due to stains and deposits or due to Dental caries...
Complete clinical examination is necessary to rule out the cause and management

Age is no bar for braces,its just you should have healthy bone.
Cost varies as to what kind of braces you select starting from 20,000...
Regarding black spots: it can be decay which can be treated by your doctor by filling and if it is just a stain spot then cleaning and polishing would suffice.

Yes you can go for braces at this age there is no delay. The treatment of braces completely depends on the condition of the teeth which is properly evaluated by seeing the X-ray. The cost may vary from 20000 to 1.5 lakh.
Secondly the black spots may be the cavity or stains. Stains can be removed just by cleaning and if it is cavity then it can be filled.

Greetings ma'am, you can get Braces at this age. Braces can be either fixed with wire or can be non fixed (aligners). The average cost depends upon the case which usually is 25k onwards. Rest your black spots can be cleaned once you get your oral screening done
