BP IS FLUCTUATING
My bp fluctuates alot sometimes it's 134/91 and suddenly it drops to 128/84 on second reading Is it pre hypertension or normal ?

If you are record the BP readings with digital BP instruments ,make sure you are relaxed ,seated upright with your legs uncrossed and the arm at the heart level . Don't consider the first reading and take an average of last 2 readings.

Always measure B.P at rest n not after activity. If u will measure BP after activity it will always hv a high reading n at rest the actual reading

Your bp is Normal Initial reading may be due to white coat phenomenon or bp recorded after activity Measurement of abnormal values on consecutive days or on same day with minimum 30mins gap, marks hypertension
