Bp increase due to anxiety
Since last 2 years ,I am in severe anxiety due to stress from job. I have frequent headaches & my BP increases up to 140/150 . But when my mood improves ,I have no headache & BP increase . I have to ask that if my BP increases temporary due to stress then should I take medicines to control BP that time ? Because psychiatrist says that you needn't to take BP medication because your BP is due to stress & anxiety . He says only  to regulate anxiety. What to do ?

Tremors, feeling anxious or nervous, sense of panic, sweating, increased heartbeat, feeling of impending doom, stomach discomfort, dizziness etc are signs of anxiety. These can be debilitating. If the anxiety is overwhelming, consult a Psychiatrist at the earliest. With the right medication and counseling, it is likely your symptoms will improve.
