I am having bp 123/93 along with pulsating headache ... heart beat 83...pls suggest it's normal or high

Your BP is high but it should not cause pulsating headache.

Your diastolic bp is above 90, so it is considered high, we need to check 3-4 times, also your weight is above normal, so please consult as lifestyle changes may help to normalise bp.

Your BP is not high as + -10 is considered normal because it depends how you have checked your blood pressure
