Since 5month's I am experiencing both my knees got catch when It pressed an to release I need attdional support. I am diabetic because of this issue I am unable to do proper walk also.

u had injury to.knees (like twisting )
if yes that may be meniscal injury but u r saying it in both knee ..meniscal injury is rare bilaterally..
do u have other joint pain also??like in elbows??
catching in.knee withiout any injuy at this age..may be due to OSTEOCHONDITIS DESSICANS..
you see orthopaedic /knee surgeon..
