Borax in amalaki Rasayanam is it safe?
Hello Dr, Ayurvedic Doctor suggested me to take amalaki Rasayanam I bought B V pandits Amalaki Rasayanam but it contains borax in it is safe to take internally. I searched over internet borax and it is not safe to take internally please advice

No dont take it... Take original amalaki rasayan from recognized ayurveda brands like dhootpapeshwar sandu and baidyanath

Borax is used as a buffering agent not to spoil the medicine.Tanka(Borax) is used as medicine internally and externally in Ayurveda.Don't worry u can take ,it is safe.

You can take it because before adding in medicines ,it has to be pure, and there is a process of making borax pure to use in medicines. So no need to worry.
