Hello,  for healthy bone you need good amount  of calcium in your diet along with proper vitamin D for its absorption. So you can introduce milk and milk products like curd paneer,  cheese if not overweight. Also millet like nachni is high in calcium. Black Chana, Rajma, soybean are also good source of it.  Also atleast 20 min of exposure to morning sunlight is essential for developing vitamin D in body.
