For development of muscle & bone  required two main things like calcium and vitamin d rich diet. Do exercise daily, push up exercise. Eat calcium rich food like spinach, fenugreek leaves, milk and milk products. For good digestion take warm milk with 2soaked munnaka., lots of water, add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet

It seems you are having perfect body weight, but you need to Perform a Blood test of protein content first. In ratio if your belly is flabby but thin muscle volume, you are having low in protein content of your entire body. Since Lucknow is a place of protein &  rich food, you should restrict yourself from rich spicy & redmeat items. Take emolients like butter & Extra virgin Olive oil in daily meal. You need PROTEIN-BLUNT-VITAMIN-D-CALCIUM diet which should be free from salad & roughage for Piles protection. Please don't take anything unprescribed, Contact me in case you want me to prepare you for Customised diet and exercise Plan which definitely help you to recover within 2-3 months.
