Bone TB does not spread by touch. However it can spread by droplet infection.

Bone tb can't spread from one person to other.. Chest tb can spread from respiratory route Skin tb can spread from touch..

Bone tuberculosis is acquired from primary focus in the lungs or blood...Person having any type of tuberculosis can transmit it to other by contact..If the other persons immunity is low, he can easily acquire the infection..If immunity is strong he might not acquire the infection ever.. Luckily we Indians have good immunity but unfortunately the number of people carrying TB infection in our society is very high.. You can say 1 in every 5 person is infected with TB but not everyone has any of active symptoms...
