Pain in tibia and lower limb joints can be associated with various reasons.. Vitamin d deficiency can be one of the reasons.. Does the pain also occur towards the back of legs in calf region. It may be associated with neurological pain sometimes..
Next Steps
You can start with hot fomentation,  take analgesic with muscle relaxant tablet, apply analgesic ointment,  take calcium and vitamin d, vitamin b 12  supplements.
Health Tips
Avoid heavy work, start with lower limb exercises, quadriceps, hamstrings, calf muscle exercises.. If not relieved, you will need further evaluation and work up..
