Do vitamin d deficiency cause numbness chills cold and heavy legs...all test done vitamin d is low...cold vomiting numbness bone pain

It can definitely cause Vomiting but numbness ,chill isn't very likely. You should get your Vit b12 level tested even if you are a non vegetarian.
Next Steps
Vit B12 start Vit D supplement along with calcium .

Check vitamin B12 also.. Vomiting is not related to vitamin D
