Constant foot pain at this age not only due to vit d or calcium deficiency. First you have to check your weight , over weight also has huge impact on foot bones when you walking or standing for long time , the foot alignment get varies when your weight is on higher side Second - sometimes inherent foot misalignment or flat feet also cause foot pain - we have to see your foot clinically to detect that Third - at this age - degeneration of the ligaments or tendons around the ankle or foot also cause this pain where along with the pain you have shape of the foot also goes abnormal - take a X-ray
