Bone mass density
I started having leg joint pains at the age of 33. My Bone mass density is very low. How to increase. Any food diet to be followed to improve Calcium in body ?

Start exercising daily with exposure to morning sunlight for 45-60mins daily. Milk is also a good source. Please share your Bone Mass Density report. If they are joint pains, can be due to some other causes also. Kindly consult for complete resolution

It is Highly unlikely to have low bone mass at this age ... kindly post any report( BMD ) suggesting it
