Bone graft problem nd as well as a big gap between my front teeth what should i do for gap nd gum disease

Gap between the teeth may remain unaffected with graft. Go for extraction of two middle teeth with bridge which will improve appearence and maintain bone of other teeth which are usefull for eating and chewing food

Namaskaram, Your OPG suggests that there is Chronic Generalized Periodontitis (clinical correlation required). We would request you to get a scaling with root planing and curettage. Be in touch with your dentist go for a follow up after 3 weeks and depending on the evaluation of above procedures let the dentist take a call if surgical intervention is needed.
