It sounds like your son has blepharitis with recurrent stye formation. Maintaining proper lid hygiene is only way to get rid of the problem. you will see a good response after a month. Mix some Johnsons baby shampoo in warm water. Dip a ear bud into this solution and then scrub the eye lashes of all lids with bud.Only then will the dandruff particles stuck in between the lids get dislodged. Another option is to use LID CLEAN foaming solution available in the market. (I have found the soap from systane wipes to be very difficult to Wash off. ) the dandruff problem on the head has to be addressed by a dermatologist, otherwise the blepharitis will recur.

Hi, your son is suffering from stye. It is caused due to infection of eyelids/eyelashes. Basically called blepharitis. Does your son suffer from dandruff? Dandruff precipitates blepharitis.U can use antibiotic ointment locally. Do warm fomentation at site of swelling. Maintain lid hygiene.use Johnson baby shampoo to scrub and clean the eyelids. Does he rub his eyes frequently? Get his refraction done with an ophthalmologist.
