Boil on the eye
I have slight swelling on the eye. Please advise if it is sty? Should I apply ointment? There is no severe pain. Slightly itching.

It appears to be normal , itching could be due to allergic conjunctivitis , start of with tear substitutes if the itch doesn’t reduce please get consulted by a ophthalmologist

That's not a boil. It is the normal canaliculus and normal location of the punctum.
