Body weight
I need to reduce my body weight since I'm 90kg and my belly fat looks so big. Please do suggest me with good diet list and some tips to overcome this.

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Avoid fast and junk foods.do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

In general, reduce junk foods. Make healthy choice while eating out. Include more fiber rich foods like wheat, vegetables and fruits. Drink more water. Do not skip any of your meals. Exercise is must. Without physical activity, weight loss efforts can go in vain. For belly reduction, concentrate more on abdomen exercises. Hope this helps
