Can you pls clarify we take zincovit syrup for tiredness and dizziness due to low bp? If yes, how many ml can be taken. Recently recovered from fever, tiredness is there, how to overcome it

Tab pan-d 40mg (1-0-1) before food Tab la-z (1-0-0)after food. Tab shelcal (0-0-1) after food.    Syr ciplactin plus (5ml 3 times a day) All medicines for 1 week /-

1.get vitamin-B12 and vitamin-D checked 2. get thyroid, BP and HBA1C checked 3. take food on regular times 4. take plenty of fluids 5. if feeling too tired go for IV fluids

How much your bp is,  what was the cause of fever?  How long it was?  Tab zincovit is better then syrup but not helpful for low bp.
Next Steps
drink plenty of water  with ORS like electerol,  fruit juices,  rest.

Zincovit contains Zinc which boosts up your immunity and also contains multivitamins. 2tbs once daily is sufficient but apart from this you need to have a healthy diet. Drink plenty of water. Avoid spicy fried food. Eat lot green vegetables along with fruits. Zincovit and multivitamins are just add ons.. Mainly rely on healthy diet
