Body temperature 95.3 F
Sir my body temperature is 95.3F...I feel temperature  in body form 3,4 days in forehead and neck  I measured..... is the hypothermia?? Is the do any damage my brain???

First of all , fever if temp more than 99 Second thing, there is no damage to brain Need proper history and examination for solution
