According to your sign and symptom You are suffering from swelling .
In the initial state you should take consultation from a General physician and give complete history of the patient to the General physician then He will make a diagnosis on the basis of sign and symptom and if it will be required to take advice from a specialist then He will refer to particular specialist as cardiologist nephrologist are gastroenterologist .

Depends where you have swelling
Periorbital swelling is usually due to renal (kidney) issues
Pedal (leg) swelling is due to cardiac issues
Abdominal swelling is due to hepatobiliary issues (liver)
