Body growth
I take diet properly but my body not growing from 14 years. yet i consult many docter but no docter solved my problem . Now i am 23 years old and hieght is 5/3" but i look like child ,more skinny and weak . When i try to take more diet or nutrition my stomach is going as bowl but my body not grow.

Consult directly with all medical reports of lipid profile Hba1c vit d levels vit b 12 etc then we need family history n your otherhealthy unhealthy habits . Find where exactly you need correction . This will help in making proper diet charts fr you .

Dear try to have good quality proteins like milk n milk products, eggs, lean meats with good quality fats which include nuts like almonds, walnuts etc. Along with this go for weight training which help you develop the muscle mass in your body. Try to maintain your exercise regime and diet schedule.
