I m 38 m having height 156 cm & weight 105 kg. Pure non-vegetarian. I want to loose both fat & weight. I m not interested in gym, but have plans to buy cycle and go to office (both side 10 km ) & morning ride for 1hr. Kindly suggest if cycle would work better for my weight loss program.
I m non smoker, I avoid Junk food, rarely drink beer. Love homemade food.

Hi. At this weight cycling is good because it will exert less pressure on your knees. No need to join gym but diet balancing is equally important. Without balanced meals weight loss is not possible. You might lose muscles if protein is not sufficient in the diet. You have a huge target to achieve but do it with a healthy diet.
