Weight loss and belly fat loss
Hello I am over weight my height is 156 cm and weights 65kgs. I dont have any other health issues no pcod/pcos. With regular menstrual cycles and no thyroid problems. I want to loss my weight from 65kgs to 50kg. Please help me with a diet plan. I am a non vegetarian.i dont smoke neither I consume alcohols.

For reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet,exercise and walk early morning and evening. Take high fibre food in ur diet.add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet.add planty of water.avoid oily and fried food.
