Well I'm 15 and I'm a girl and I work out alot and eat super healthy and I would notice..well I would be muscle like but not too happy with my body, I would still think "You look like a fat cow." Going through anxiety issues and all, well I stopped working out for about a month and ate awful amounts of like carbs and stuff but I began to look thinner and just toned still? but thinner? without working out? why
