Blurry vision after chalazion is gone
I had a chalazion on upper eyelid for one eye. It went away after 3 months. Actually I was taking steroids wysolone 20mg for my treatment of nephrotic syndrome and during that treatment I can see my chalazion is also gone. But I am feeling blurred vision for that eye suddenly from last 2 days after the pop is gone. Is it something to worry about?

Usually it doesn't happen, as you were on steroids it is always better to do a dilated eye examination. Please consult with a nearby Ophthalmologist for the same.

Hi there is nothing to relate with blurring of vision and chalazion 1) relation is between oral steroids wysolone tablet and eye pressure or blurring of vision
Next Steps
consult an ophthalmologist and also check your eye pressures and have detailed examination since u were using steroids it mandatory 1) to check eye pressure, 2) also any cataract change in lens 3) rule out that steroid responder or not so please get checked as soon as possible

If the chalazion is gone, that's good. But it's going away has nothing to do with blurred vision. Please consult an ophthalmologist in clinic for proper eye examination.
