Dear sir, Greetings for the day . As I read the problem, you are concened about your altered blood tets.I see it as a very common problem  esp people having high level of stress and sedentary life style habits. By just looking at the reports, a conclusive diagnosis can't be reached.Along with this a thorough case takinga and clinic examination is required .we need to understand why did you take these tests. So,pls consult a doctor, general physician first and as I would suggest that this problem takes time in healing and major role is diet and exercise.be very careful of what you eat.you mat pls seek the help of a nutritionist for a complete diet counseling. Execerice or yoga or gym or walk is a must. So, I would suggest to pls try taking homeopathic medicines at least for a month only after consulting a homeopathic doctor. Few common remedies like nux vomit 6 gives very good results Get well soon. Thanks and regards Dr Rachna Sethi
Next Steps
dont self medicate dont self diagnose take help of a dietitian consult a General physician and or a homeopath.
Health Tips
I would suggest you take a good nutritious diet esp home made fresh food. avoid spicy ,outside, junk food. Try to keep yourself stress free. Dont have excess of tea ,coffee or aerated drinks etc. Have a 8 hrs sleep. Avoid smoking and alcohol. Go for a routine morning walk or yoga. Avoid working late nights.
